OVERVIEW
Community Futures provides financing, training, and advisory services for small businesses across Canada. Community Futures hired Cinga and PeopleCore to create and deliver a five-module elearning program to help business owners survive and thrive in the Covid Pandemic.

Through clear business strategies, tools, worksheets and real-life stories, dynamic and interactive elearning modules were created that are accessible to the public HERE. PeopleCore was honored to support the community and showcase how online learning can be an effective and essential tool for accessing information in times of crisis.

THE CHALLENGE
Create an accessible, easy-to-navigate online learning solution quickly that would help business owners in the community survive and thrive in the Covid pandemic.
THE APPROACH
Create online learning modules built with usability and accessibility in mind. Using downloadable business tools, scenarios and real-life stories create a teaching tool what would walk business owners through the critical steps needed to pivot their current business offering.
THE RESULTS
A five-module online training program with engaging and interactive elements that break down difficult concepts while offering practical tools to be used while taking the program.
